About the Role:
As a Flexi FLT Driver / Production Operative, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process. You'll be responsible for ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently while keeping safety at the forefront of everything you do.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate a Flexi Forklift Truck (FLT) to transport materials around the production area.
Assist in the production line with various tasks, ensuring quality standards are met.
Conduct regular checks on machinery and equipment to maintain operational efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
What We're Looking For:
Valid Flexi FLT license (essential)
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus!
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing demands.
A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset!
Flexibility to work ealy & later shifts and occassional weekends
