Side Loader Driver – Temp to Perm (£14 per hour) Shift: 06:00–14:00 Location: Brierley Hill Pay: £14.00 per hour Contract: Temp to Perm We are seeking an experienced and safety‑driven Side Loader Driver to join our busy production team in Brierley Hill. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for long‑term stability within a supportive and fast‑paced environment. Main Responsibilities Feed material to production lines in order of priority Remove finished goods from production as required Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently Complete daily pre‑shift checks, maintain logs, and report any issues Always put Safety First and raise concerns immediately Ensure all packs are stacked neatly and safely Communicate effectively with production teams to maintain continuous workflow Carry out stock control duties Operate the bander to support packaging processes Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised work area Empty mini skips as required Any other duties as & when required to aid with production.  Qualifications & Experience Valid Side Loader Licence and full UK Driving Licence Minimum 2 years’ experience in a production or warehouse environment Ability to work independently and follow instructions Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude Stock control experience is an advantage Strong commitment to safe working practices Skills & Attributes Safer Together Prioritise safety at all times Stay vigilant and report hazards immediately Caring Be respectful, supportive, and considerate Challenge processes constructively Value differences and learn from others Curious Deliver quality with energy and urgency Adapt positively to challenges Ask questions when unsure Committed Be proactive in solving problems Stay flexible to meet quality standards Complete all compliance training on time Collaborative Listen to colleagues and value their input Work positively as part of a team Additional Attributes Methodical, tidy, and organised approach Able to work unsupervised when required Strong attendance and punctuality Ability to follow processes and instructions Eagerness to learn and develop new skills Be able to follow Health & Safety requirements If you’re an experienced Side Loader Driver looking for a long‑term role in Brierley Hill, we’d love to hear from you.
