A respected and growing care provider is seeking a skilled and motivatedRegistered Managerto lead a high-qualitylive-in care service for adultsat our Tunbridge Wells location.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced care professional to take on a leadership role with a service that supports adults to live independently in the comfort of their own homes, with the assistance of compassionate live-in carers.
About the Role:
As the Registered Manager, youll oversee all aspects of thelive-in care service, ensuring it remains safe, compliant, and responsive to the needs of adults with a range of care requirements. You will be responsible for managing a team of live-in care staff, maintaining regulatory standards, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership and day-to-day management of the live-in care service
- Ensure the service complies with CQC regulations and safeguarding requirements
- Support, mentor, and supervise a team of live-in carers across various client placements
- Conduct assessments and create personalised care plans for new clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Monitor service performance and implement quality improvement initiatives
- Manage recruitment, training, and rota coordination for live-in carers
What Were Looking For:
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards)
- At least 2 years experience in a managerial role within domiciliary or live-in care
- In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and adult safeguarding
- Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills
- A person-centred approach and passion for delivering high standards of care
- UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred but not essential)
