Registered Manager - Children's Residential (EBD) Location: Erdington, West Midlands Salary: £55,000 per annum + overtime opportunities Home: 3-bed Children's Residential (EBD) Ofsted: Good Contract: Full-time, Permanent Are you an experienced Registered Manager or a strong Deputy ready to step up? We are recruiting for a Registered Manager to lead a well-established 3-bed children's residential home in Erdington, supporting young people with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable service with a Good Ofsted rating, where you can make a real difference to young people's lives while leading a dedicated team. The Role As Registered Manager, you will take full responsibility for the home, ensuring: High-quality, child-centred care is delivered at all times The home remains fully compliant with Ofsted and Children's Homes Regulations (2015) Staff are effectively supported, supervised, and developed Safeguarding is always at the forefront of practice The home continues to improve and achieve positive outcomes for young peopleYou will lead from the front, creating a safe, nurturing, and structured environment where children can thrive.
