An established independent firm in Northamptonshire is planning a strategic hire at Audit/Accounts Manager level as part of its continued growth.

What the Role Will Involve Leading audits for medium to large groups (up to c.£180m turnover)
Overseeing statutory accounts and providing forward-looking business advice
Playing a key role in audit planning through to RI review
Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted point of contact
Supporting and developing junior members of the team
Contributing to the wider growth and direction of the firm
Who We Are Keen to Speak With ACA / ACCA qualified with UK practice experience
Strong audit background, ideally with group exposure
Comfortable leading assignments and engaging directly with clients
Someone with an eye on progression into senior leadership
Commercially aware and interested in contributing beyond compliance
