Production Operative - Mon to Thurs days

PRODUCTION OPERATOR – MON TO THURS NEWBRIDGE PERMANENT 06.45am until 5pm Monday to Thursday £26150 RSW are looking for Production Operatives for their client, a specialist manufacturer based in Newbridge. Excellent progression opportunities available. Main Purpose of Role Contribute to the assembly of products throughout the production area, ensuring they meet customer requirements. Outcomes of Role • Satisfied internal and external customers • Produce products of a high quality • Work within a clean and tidy area • Fully trained • Achieve targets expected Responsibilities • Adhere to Standard Working Procedures • Comply with all relevant Health and Safety practices • Undertake necessary actvities to ensure work place organisation • Achieve expected output and quality targets • Adhere to ESD procedures at all times • Undertake training when required, within any section of the production area • Train to work in line with IPC standards • Ensure that all company operating values and compliance procedures are adhered to at all times, including quality management, health and safety, legal stipulation, environmental policies and general duty of care. • Any other duties deemed necessary Person Specification Essential Skills • Adequate numeracy and literacy skills • Previous experience of working in a manufacturing environment Desirable Skills • Soldering • Previous electronic manufacturing experience Salary £26150k plus pension, cashplan healthcare and Death in Service 6x salary. Working Hours: 06.45am until 5pm Monday to Thursday
