A hands-on opportunity for a CNC Turning Setter / Operator to support the efficient running of multi-spindle CNC lathes within a busy machining environment. This role focuses on machine performance, quality output, and supporting new product introduction.

CNC Turning Setter / Operator Responsibilities:
Set and operate Star CNC sliding head lathes to meet production targets
Carry out job changeovers, tool setting, and tool changes efficiently
Perform inspections and liaise with Quality for approvals
Assist with minor breakdowns and troubleshooting on machines
CNC Turning Setter / Operator Experience:
Previous experience setting and operating CNC lathes xwzovoh (sliding head preferred)
Experience with Star CNC machines advantageous
Knowledge of HAAS or Duggard machining centres beneficial
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
