About the role
We’re delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a Product Manager to join our Product Management team.
As Product Manager, you’ll shape and develop a portfolio of learning solutions, qualifications and educational products that support schools, educators, and learners. You’ll ensure our offer remains relevant, high quality, and commercially sustainable in a changing education landscape.
You’ll act as the link between market insight, educational expertise, and commercial performance, helping to design and evolve solutions that deliver meaningful outcomes for learners while supporting organisational growth.
How you’ll make an impact:
* Owning the strategic direction and ongoing development of a portfolio of learning solutions and/or qualifications, ensuring they remain relevant, competitive, and sustainable
* Developing and evolving products and services that meet the needs of schools, educators, and learners, supported by strong market and customer insight
* Building robust business cases for new and enhanced learning offers, balancing educational impact with commercial viability
* Working closely with subject matter experts, assessment specialists, and cross-functional teams to shape high-quality and engaging learning solutions
* Monitoring sector, policy, and market trends (e.g. curriculum changes, skills needs, funding landscape) to inform product strategy and innovation
* Using data and insight to evaluate performance, improve outcomes, and identify opportunities for growth and development
We’d love to hear from you if you offer the following:
* Experience managing or developing products, programmes, or services within education, learning, training, or a related sector
(e.g. awarding organisations, schools, professional training, L&D, or education services)
* A strong understanding of how learning solutions, qualifications, or educational programmes are designed, delivered, and evaluated
* Commercial awareness, with the ability to balance customer needs, educational value, and financial performance
* Experience working with a wide range of stakeholders, including educators, subject experts, and commercial or operational teams
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret market and sector trends and translate them into actionable plans
* The ability to manage multiple priorities and drive delivery in a complex, matrixed environment
