We are recruiting an Assembly Operative for our reputable client on a temporary basis. Role: Assembly Operative Location: Melksham Pay Rate: £15.86 per hour Shift: Weekend night shift Hours: Paid for 38 hours while working 36 hours Key Responsibilities as an Assembly Operative: Operating machinery Loading and unloading machines Monitoring production processes to ensure quality standards are met Carrying out basic quality checks and reporting defects Requirements for the Assembly role: Good attention to detail Able to work independently and as part of a team Reliable and punctual What's Offered for the Assembly Operative role: Competitive hourly rate of £15.86 Paid for 38 hours while working 36 hours Consistent weekend schedule of 3 days per week Full training provided
