Plumber

Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for a Commercial Plumber to begin work for a well-established company in the Manchester area. About the role: * Working Hours – 8:00am – 4:00pm * Pay Rate – £27 P/H * Carrying out a wide range of commercial plumbing duties within care homes and commercial buildings. This includes installation, maintenance, and reactive repairs on plumbing systems, TMV servicing, hot and cold water systems, and pipework (copper, plastic, and waste). The role also involves fault finding, supporting heating system works, working in live environments, and completing job reports and compliance documentation. * Long-term work for the right candidate (temp to perm) * Start: ASAP * About You: * High work ethic & team player * Punctual & reliable * You must be a time served/qualified Plumber (NVQ Level 2 or 3) * Experience in commercial environments essential * Full UK Driving Licence required * Strong installation and fault-finding skills * CSCS preferred but not essential Desirable: * Experience in care homes or healthcare environments * TMV servicing experience * Unvented hot water qualification (G3) * Basic heating system knowledge Please apply with your CV.
