Quest Employment are currently recruiting for Reach Truck Drivers to join a busy and growing company based in Swan Valley, Northampton. This is a great opportunity for candidates seeking weekend work with weekly pay and the potential to secure a permanent position.
This role involves a combination of warehouse duties and customer-facing responsibilities, working with insulation boards and building materials in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operate a Reach Truck safely and efficiently

Pick and pack insulation products and building materials

Load and unload deliveries

Support trade counter operations and serve customers

Handle payments (full training provided)

Carry out general warehouse duties

Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Requirements
Valid Reach Truck licence (in-house accepted)

Reliable and punctual

Comfortable in both warehouse and customer-facing roles

Confident communicating with customers

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Good attention to detail

Previous experience within warehouse, retail, or trade counter environments would be beneficial but is not essential.
Training
Initial training will take place Monday to Friday during the first week
