We are on the lookout for a dedicated and skilled Pastry Chef to join our team in North London. If you're passionate about baking and enjoy working in a friendly, fast paced environment, we want to hear from you.
What you'll be making:

• Pain au chocolat
• Croissant
• Pain au vanille
• Pain au raisin
• And more.
• No sponge, no cakes, just lamination.

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience (3+years) as a lamination pastry chef / Baker ideally in production
• A keen eye for detail and quality
• A passion for baking
• This is a full time role, you'll be working 45 hours a week over 5 days.

The shifts are from 5am to 2pm and 12pm to 9pm.You'll be working 5 days a week doing 40-45 hours of work.
