Pearse Partners is a leading front office financial services recruitment agency. We're a trusted advisors to our candidates and clients across Investment Banking, Private Equity, Credit, ESG and Investor Relations, within the UK, Europe, Middle East and US.
Due to an increase in market share, we're hiring a Consultant/Senior Consultant to join our Private Equity desk.
Actively source and identify top talent within your sector
Network and build relationships with active and inactive candidates
Work closely with the marketing team to help produce salary survey, white papers and other marketing material relevant to the market
Minimum 12 months recruitment or executive search experience
Understanding of financial services market is advantageous
