Supervisor - FM Service Provider - Farringdon - up to £57,000 Are you a Lead Engineer or Supervisor looking for a new challenge? Would you like to work for an Established Facilities Maintenance provider? An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider working on an Established portfolio near Farringdon. GH Engage are currently recruiting a Site Supervisor to work in a Commercial environment near Farringdon The ideal candidate would live in commuting distance to site. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial maintenance. This position would be ideal for a Lead Engineer or Supervisor currently in a similar position who is keen on training and a new opportunity. The successful candidate will have experience within Electrical & Mechanical maintenance. In return the company are offering a salary up to £57,000 with overtime and training + development. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Assisting with PPM's and Reactive works (Electrical & Mechanical) Reporting into the Contracts Manager Overseeing a small team of Engineers Provide technical support Updating site log books Ensuring all compliance is up to date Provide further works reports where required Completing all works to a high standard Toolbox Talks Required Skills: Level 3 Electrical & 18th Edition / Level 3 Mechanical / Level 3 Plumbing Previous experience within a similar position Health & Safety Knowledge Providing technical support to administration staff as required.
