IT Service Desk Engineer

IT Service Desk Engineer - Gloucester (on-site) - 6‑Month Contract - up to £200/day (Inside IR35) Must be NPPV3 Cleared I'm seeking an NPPV3 cleared Service Desk Engineer, for a secure public‑sector organisation. You'll be joining an established team, providing 1st and 2nd line technical support to internal users across a range of technologies. They work in an ITIL environment and will involve a mix of desk‑side, remote, and walk‑up IT support duties. Due to the nature of the environment, active or recently lapsed NPPV3 clearance is essential. Skills & Experience Required: Active or recently lapsed NPPV3 clearance (essential) Proven experience in a Service Desk / 1st & 2nd Line Support role Windows 10 / Windows 11 Microsoft 365 (Office, Outlook, SharePoint) Active Directory & Exchange Intune and/or SCCM Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration) Experience using ITSM tools (e.g. Assyst or similar) Excellent communication and customer service skills Full UK driving licenceIf you are interested in this position please click 'apply'.
