Assistant Relationship Manager - Private Banking

Location: Leeds • Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 + bonus • Ref: ARM/Leeds/0925

We’re hiring an Assistant Relationship Manager for a top-tier wealth/private banking firm. If you love being the calm, capable linchpin between clients, RMs and operations, and you’re happy rolling your sleeves up - read on.

What you’ll do

• Be a first point of contact for high-net-worth clients (calls, email, day-to-day requests).
• Prepare meeting packs, valuations and tax reports; manage payments and trades.
• Own onboarding/maintenance: KYC/AML, account changes, documentation accuracy.
• Keep cases moving, chasing, problem-solving, and generally making things happen.
• Collaborate closely with a small group of Relationship Managers to deliver a slick client experience.

What you’ll bring

• Experience in a wealth manager or private bank as an ARM/CSA/Client Service (strong IFA ops considered).
• Qualifications: CISI Level 3 (IOC) minimum ; Level 4 (IAD or equivalent) a strong plus.
• Detail obsession, sound judgement, and a “no airs and graces” approach, happy to muck in.
• Confident communicator who stays cool under pressure and enjoys being office-based with the team.
