Salary: £45,000 £47,000 per annum
Role Overview
We are currently recruiting for a skilled and reliable Mobile Electrical Engineer to join a leading maintenance service provider, covering a portfolio of commercial and retail sites across South London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer to work within a well-established team delivering high-quality maintenance services across a varied estate.
The role will involve a mix of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical works, with occasional support across other building services where required.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on electrical systems
Attend and rectify reactive electrical faults in a timely manner
Perform fault finding, testing, and inspection across commercial environments
Ensure compliance with all current electrical regulations and health & safety standards
Complete all relevant documentation and reports accurately
Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure service delivery excellence
Support with minor mechanical or fabric tasks when required
Required Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Electrical Installation or equivalent
18th Edition (BS7671 Wiring Regulations)
Proven experience in a mobile role within commercial environments
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable:
2391 Test & Inspection (or equivalent)
Experience within FM / building services environments
Basic mechanical knowledge (AHUs, FCUs, pumps etc.)
