Are you a Registered Manager looking for a new role or a Deputy Manager looking for the "next step up"?

Connect2Socialwork are recruiting for a privately run home which has been rated "Good" by Ofsted? This home is well established with the capacity to care for up to 5 children, with 3 children currently in residence.

Salary and Benefits:

Salary between £45,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience)
Career progression opportunities

Requirements:

Recent experience as a Registered Manager or experienced Deputy Manager in a Children's Home
Must have experience working in a children's residential setting
At least a NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care / ideally NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management or working towards
Experience working with children who may experience social and emotional difficulties
