Mathematician

Your mission Working within the Games Creation team you will be responsible for creating and validating math models for online slots and other games. You will be inspired by market leading content and pursue innovation, working in collaboration with Game Designers to deliver best in class gambling games. Develop math models for gambling games that are robust and highly engaging to the player Ensure all games meet necessary jurisdictional compliance requirements Provide statistical summaries that can be easily understood by non-mathematicians Work with game designers to turn game ideas into practical math models Provide detailed statistical analysis of ideas under review. Put forward your own game design ideas Work with the Engineering Teams that create the math model in a game Document model data, structure and implementation details Validate that game engine statistics match the math model Help troubleshoot the engineering team’s implementation of a model Contribute to the continuous improvement of the math development process Support existing math models and features A degree in Mathematics/Statistics, Computer Science or equivalent ~ 2+ years’ experience as a Mathematician in online gaming ~ Use of Excel spreadsheets to design math models ~ Experience using a high-level programming language, C++ preferred ~ A portfolio of published games ~ Excellent English language skills, written and spoken Passionate about creating exciting games Take ownership of your projects.
