Revit Technician / Building Services / Construction / MEP
This Revit technician role is to join a busy, growing company, where you will be part of a close-knit team.
Projects are primarily high spec residential and commercial, it’s a friendly supportive working environment, where you’ll feel at home from day one.
Responsibilities
* Collaborating with internal Engineers and design team members to create coordinated MEP models.
* Understanding of BIM and what its process involves
* Develop sketches and concepts into drawing details
* Produce detailed models to high level of detail.
* Work to achieve design integration and clash-free MEP installations.
* Prepare technical schedules.
Experience Required
* Experience in MEP design, drafting, or coordination within the construction industry
* Capable mechanical Revit technician, knowledge of AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks, and MEP-specific add-ons.
* Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to MEP systems.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
