Head of Investment and Development

My client are looking to appoint an Investment and Development Manager to work across the masterplan but with a focus on one particular asset which is set to be a multi award winning commercial scheme. The role would suit someone with strong Investment experience as well and experience managing the Development process. An experienced Surveyor would be well suited to the role or an Analyst who is looking to get more Development experience. The Investment and Development Manager will: Appraise and underwrite key development decisions on projects Build development appraisals to assess best use for projects Oversee planning, design and delivery of projects Have demonstrable experience managing complex development schemes Be able to interpret and manipulate complex financial models Be willing to work hard and learn, and pick up on any aspect of the project when required Excellent Pension
