You will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding experiences, whether they're in-person across the UK or held on our digital platform. Event Planning & Execution: Design and deliver highly impactful events. This includes everything from planning agendas and formats to selecting venues and platform features. Stakeholder Engagement: Actively collaborate with universities, career services, employers, and charities to understand their needs and gather feedback. Operational Excellence: Manage event budgets, ensure all events meet our high operational standards, and use our CRM to maintain accurate records. Audience Growth: Help drive student registrations and engagement by contributing to the creation of compelling landing pages, social media content, and promotional materials. Continuously seek ways to improve our processes and workflows to ensure we can manage multiple events efficiently. Performance Reporting: Report on event metrics and collaborate with our sales and account management teams to ensure positive outcomes for all participants. We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual with a passion for helping young people. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in designing or executing events or e-learning programs , whether digital or face-to-face.
