ALN Support Worker – STF (Primary School) Location: Ammanford Hours: 8:45am – 3:15pm, Monday to Friday Pay: £85.51 Start: ASAP | Flexible (Full-Time & Part-Time Available) Make a Real Difference Every Day Teaching Personnel are recruiting a passionate and proactive ALN Support Worker to join Specialist Teaching Facilities (STF) within welcoming primary schools in Ammanford. This is more than just a job — it’s an opportunity to support children with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) in a structured, nurturing environment where every small step is a big achievement. You’ll be working with pupils with a range of needs including autism (ASD), communication difficulties, and complex learning needs, helping them build confidence, independence, and essential life skills.
