We are pleased to offer an internal opportunity to join SaferHandCare on a temporary basis for approximately 6-8 weeks, supporting our team with a key compliance project.
This role is ideal for someone with previous compliance or administrative experience who enjoys working in a detailed, process-driven environment.
You will be responsible for reviewing and updating compliance records for our existing temporary workforce, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and aligned with requirements.

- £14 per hour
- Ideally Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm, however flexibility can be considered.
- Length of contract will last approx. 6-8 Weeks
You will be responsible for reviewing and updating compliance records for our existing temporary workforce, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and aligned with requirements.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Methodically working through compliance checklists for each staff member
- Updating our management system with all required documentation
- Identifying and resolving gaps in compliance records
- Obtaining and verifying references from previous employers
- Reviewing CVs to ensure they are comprehensive and consistent with application forms
- Checking and recording training certificates and overseas police checks
- Communicating confidently with staff, clients, and external contacts via phone and email
Requirements:
- Has experience in compliance administration or a similar detail-focused role
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and can confidently identify inconsistencies or anomalies
- Is organised, methodical, and able xwzovoh to manage their workload effectively
- Is confident and assertive when speaking with external contacts and chasing information
- Has strong IT skills and is comfortable working across systems
- Communicates clearly and professionally at all levels
