Security Engineer – CCTV, Access Control & Intruder Systems

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Security Engineer to join our growing team, covering the Kent and London areas. This is a varied and hands-on role involving installation, maintenance, and fault finding across a range of electronic security systems. Key Responsibilities: * Installation and commissioning of CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm systems * Diagnosing faults and carrying out effective repairs * Performing routine maintenance and servicing of security systems * Ensuring all works are completed to a high standard and in compliance with relevant regulations * Providing excellent customer service and technical support on-site * Completing job reports and documentation accurately Requirements: * Proven experience working with CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder systems * Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively * Full UK driving licence (essential) * Good communication and customer-facing skills * Relevant industry certifications (e.g., ECS/CSCS, IPAF, or manufacturer training) are advantageous What We Offer: * Salary of £40,000 – £45,000 (depending on experience) * Overtime opportunities * Company van and fuel card * Tablet and mobile phone * Tools and uniform provided * Ongoing training and career development * Supportive and professional working environment If you are a reliable and skilled engineer looking to work across a diverse range of projects in Kent and London, we’d like to hear from you.
