An established and reputable care provider is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated nurse looking to step into a leadership role and make a real difference within a high-quality care setting.

The Role The Clinical Lead will work closely with nurses and carers to maintain the highest standards of clinical care and governance within the home. Reporting to the Home Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring residents receive safe, effective, and person-centred care.
You will be supported by an experienced management team and will contribute actively to clinical delivery while leading, mentoring, and developing the nursing team.
Key Responsibilities Support and lead the nursing team to deliver exceptional clinical care
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
Undertake clinical assessments and make informed decisions
Contribute to audits, safeguarding, and quality improvement processes
Promote best practice and high standards of care
Build strong working relationships across the team
Skills & Experience Strong clinical skills with confidence in leading a nursing team
Previous management experience or experience leading a small team
Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure
Passion for high standards of care and continuous improvement
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good working knowledge of audits, safeguarding, DoLS, CQC, and compliance
Qualifications NMC registered nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) xwzovoh
Relevant post-registration experience
