Position: Mobile E-Bike Mechanic & Events Support
Location: London (Field-Based)
Salary: £13.00 per hour (£14.50 per hour with 100% attendance, based on 37.5 hours)
Shift Pattern: Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday, typically 10:00 - 18:00 (flexibility required)

Requirements:
Previous mechanical experience preferred (bike, e-bike, scooter, or similar)
Ability to perform basic repairs independently
Must be able and willing to cycle during shifts (primary mode of travel)
Comfortable working outdoors across London
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Good communication and customer service skills
Customer service experience, especially at events, advantageous
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Physically able to reposition bikes and perform manual tasks
Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
Responsibilities:
As a Mobile E-Bike Mechanic & Events Support, you will:
Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues in the field
Perform minor repairs to keep vehicles operational
Reposition bikes to maintain availability and compliance
Support parking operations during major events
Organise bikes in high-demand locations
Monitor fleet condition across priority zones
Provide on-the-ground customer support
Maintain safe and compliant parking layouts
Represent the brand in a professional manner
