General Manager - Berkshire
The General Care Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care within a purpose-built dementia care home. This role ensures that all residents receive compassionate, dignified, and safe care tailored to their individual needs, while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in dementia care.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support the care team to deliver compassionate, person-centred dementia care
* Oversee and maintain high standards of care and resident well-being
* Ensure care practices meet required standards and policies
* Build positive relationships with residents, families, and professionals
* Support the smooth day-to-day running of the home
What We’re Looking For
* 3 years experience in a management role.
* Experience with demtnia care.
* A caring, reliable, and professional approach
