Portsmouth
£37200 per annum
Full-time | 40 hours | Double Days - 6am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm rotating Monday - Friday
V3 Recruitment are working with a leading manufacturing business in Portsmouth to recruit a Manufacturing Team Leader to join their growing team.
This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced environment, ideal for someone who thrives on driving performance, improving processes, and leading from the front.
What you'll be doing:
Leading and motivating a production team to hit daily targets
Ensuring high quality standards and resolving issues quickly
Managing attendance, performance, and team development
Driving efficiency using lean manufacturing techniques
Communicating KPIs and ensuring team engagement
Working closely with Engineering, Quality, and Logistics teams
What we're looking for:
Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing/production environment
Strong understanding of MRP systems and production processes
A proactive, hands-on leader with a can-do attitude
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Lean xwzovoh manufacturing or continuous improvement experience (desirable)
