Chartered Surveyor – Suffolk £35,000–£45,000 + benefits A respected and expanding professional practice in Suffolk is looking to appoint a Chartered Surveyor to join its busy team. This is a key role for someone with strong development‑land experience who enjoys working closely with landowners, stakeholders and long‑standing clients. The role You’ll play an important part in delivering high‑quality professional advice, with responsibilities including: Handling option and promotion agreements for residential and commercial development land Advising clients on site assembly, land promotion strategies and option structures Preparing clear, detailed and commercially focused reports for landowners and stakeholders Supporting ongoing projects while also identifying and generating new opportunities What you’ll bring RICS qualification (MRICS) Proven experience working with development land, agreements and land promotion Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to communicate confidently An ambitious, proactive approach and the ability to work independently when required A commitment to delivering a high standard of professional service What’s on offer Salary between £35,000 and £45,000, depending on experience A friendly, well‑established team with excellent local reputation Opportunities to grow your client base and develop professionally A comprehensive benefits package
