Our partner school is a well-established and inclusive primary SEND setting, supporting pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and complex needs, including associated behaviours. Key Responsibilities: * Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons to meet a range of SEND needs * Creating a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment * Working closely with support staff, SENCO, and external professionals * Monitoring and assessing pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies accordingly * Building strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues The Ideal Candidate Will: * Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential * Have experience working within a primary SEND setting * Be patient, adaptable, and committed to inclusive education * Demonstrate strong behaviour management skills * Be passionate about supporting children with additional needs The role is extremely rewarding and are suited to people who love a challenge, have a ‘can-do’ attitude and a willingness to get involved.
