Maths & English Tutor – Lewisham 1:1 Tuition | KS2, KS3, GCSE & Functional Skills £25.00–£35.00 per hour PAYE + Paid Planning & Preparation Time Equivalent to approximately £30.00–£42.00 per hour Location: Lewisham and surrounding areas Hours: Flexible Part-Time & Full-Time Opportunities New Chapter Tuition is recruiting experienced Tutors and Qualified Teachers to deliver personalised 1:1 Maths and English tuition for children and young people aged 11–25 across Lewisham. Applicants must be confident delivering both English and Maths tuition as a minimum requirement. Experience supporting learners working towards KS2, KS3, GCSE and Functional Skills qualifications is essential. This rewarding role is ideal for qualified teachers and experienced tutors who are passionate about helping young people overcome barriers to learning and achieve positive educational outcomes. Many learners require additional support due to SEND, SEMH needs, Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, anxiety, school avoidance, EHCP-linked needs, medical needs, permanent exclusion, or alternative provision pathways. The Role As a Tutor, you will deliver engaging and personalised 1:1 tuition tailored to each learner's individual needs, abilities, and educational goals.
