Architect with Revit

Join a collaborative, award-winning studio known for delivering high-quality commercial projects across the UK and internationally. This is a technical role suited to an experienced architect with a strong background in commercial fit-outs of UK projects. The project they are hiring for is a high end office fit out in the City of London, currently in Stage 4, where you will be delivering packages and coordinating design. Lead technical delivery of commercial fit-out projects from Stage 4 to completion Coordinate with consultants, contractors and internal teams Produce detailed drawings and specifications using Revit Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and client standards Liaise with contractors and consultants on site delivering packages ARB-registered Architect with 5+ years’ experience Proven track record in commercial fit-out projects Strong Revit proficiency and experience working in a BIM environment Flexible hybrid working - 2 days working from home ~23 days holiday plus bank holidays, rising to 26 after 3 years ~ Enhanced maternity/paternity leave and return-to-work support ~ Private medical insurance and life assurance ~ Cycle-to-work scheme and interest-free travel loans ~ RIBA-accredited CPD, BIM training and design competitions ~
