A brilliant primary school in Hounslow is seeking a committed and skilled SEND Teacher to join its dedicated specialist provision for September. This is a long-term or permanent opportunity for an educator who is driven to deliver meaningful outcomes for pupils with additional needs.
The provision supports pupils with a range of complex needs, including Autism (ASC), speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) profiles. Class sizes are small, with a high staff-to-pupil ratio, allowing for a personalised and structured approach to learning.
The Role
You will take full responsibility for a class within the specialist provision, delivering a highly differentiated curriculum tailored to individual EHCP targets. The role requires strong behaviour management, a clear understanding of adaptive teaching strategies, and the ability to work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and external professionals.

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Proven experience working with pupils with SEND, ideally within a specialist or resource base
- Strong understanding of EHCPs and personalised learning
- Confident in managing challenging behaviour in a calm and consistent manner
- A reflective practitioner committed to continuous improvement
