Your Impact

You will be the go-to specialist for attendance, working at the centre of the school’s pastoral and safeguarding structure.

You will:

• Lead the day-to-day running of attendance systems and procedures

• Work closely with Senior Leadership and the Designated Safeguarding Lead

• Monitor, analyse, and act on attendance data to drive improvement

• Build strong relationships with students and families to remove barriers to attendance

• Coordinate interventions, including meetings, action plans, and home visits where required

• Ensure every student is accounted for, supported, and safe every day
