Your Impact
You will be the go-to specialist for attendance, working at the centre of the school’s pastoral and safeguarding structure.
You will:

Lead the day-to-day running of attendance systems and procedures

Work closely with Senior Leadership and the Designated Safeguarding Lead

Monitor, analyse, and act on attendance data to drive improvement

Build strong relationships with students and families to remove barriers to attendance

Coordinate interventions, including meetings, action plans, and home visits where required

Ensure every student is accounted for, supported, and safe every day
