Salary: £39.11 per hour inclusive of pro rata holiday entitlement and preparation time.

Are you a dynamic and creative Clarinet and/or Flute tutor with a passion for inspiring adult learners? Join our thriving Music department within the School of Performing Arts and help enrich lives through learning - bringing people together from across London and beyond.
We are looking for enthusiastic tutors to teach adult group classes (up to 14 learners) in the following areas from September 2026:
- Clarinet 1 and Clarinet 2 – Monday evenings 18:00 – 21:15
- Clarinet Repertoire and Clarinet 3 – Wednesday evenings 18:00 – 21:15
- Flute 1 and Flute 2 – Friday evenings 16:30 – 19:45

About the applicant

The ideal candidate will have:
- A qualification and/or equivalent experience relevant to the subject(s) being taught.
- Up to date knowledge and enthusiasm and interest for the subject(s).
- Experience of teaching adults in a relevant area.
- Ability to support students to overcome barriers to learning and inspire students to achieve.
- Understanding and experience of promoting equality and diversity, safeguarding, health and safety as appropriate to the role.
