We’re proud to be a UK-based company with a strong technical foundation and a reputation for quality, innovation, and expert customer support. Now, we’re growing our commercial team and looking for a talented Inside Sales Representative to join us. As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in driving business growth. You’ll respond to customer enquiries, qualify leads, prepare quotations, and support our field sales and engineering teams. Respond promptly to inbound enquiries (email, web, and phone) with advice, pricing, and technical information Manage and maintain CRM records (HubSpot) and sales pipeline activity Support field sales and engineers with quotations, demos, and tender response Stay up to date on Eltek’s hardware, software, and applications Coordinate with operations to ensure accurate order processing and delivery timelines Experience: Previous experience in sales, sales support, or customer service Excellent written and verbal communication, strong organisation, proactive follow-up, and CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred) Bonus Points For: Understanding of environmental monitoring or sensor technologies Familiarity with sectors such as heritage, museums, pharma, or academia Impactful Work: Help leading organisations protect environments and collections Career Growth: Opportunities to progress in a respected UK technology company Hybrid Working: Flexible working options to support work-life balance On-the-job training with access to product experts Rewards: Competitive salary + performance-linked bonus Time Off: 25 days holiday + bank holidays Retirement: Company pension scheme If you’re ready to bring your communication skills, curiosity, and sales drive to a company that values innovation and customer success, we’d love to hear from you.
