Satellite Systems Engineer
This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with experience in satellite systems and communications to be a part of an award winning and innovative manufacturer or specialist hi-value products. Established now for over 30 years, you’d be joining a business in a period of growth, looking to embed the next generation of engineering talent amongst their team.
Role Breakdown:
Working alongside a team of experienced engineering specialists, you’ll be responsible for the design and test of technical systems, providing input to support sales departments and building customer relationships. This is very much a hands-on role (design, integration and testing), where you will also act as the customer technical interface from concept through to delivery.
What are we looking for?
Exposure to satellite systems (test, set-up and/or installation, turning designs into working systems
Ideal background would be MOD, Military, forces or defense (marines, communications etc)
Personality: good communicator, flexible in work approach and confident to work individually
Technical qualifications: BSc/BEng/MSc would be advantageous
Desirable: Project management, Mil Satcom and modem integration exposure
