Electrician - Social Housing|Van & Fuel Card Provided

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrician to join a well-established team working across social housing properties in the Midlands.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent, ongoing work with the support of a company vehicle and fuel card provided.

The Role:

• Carrying out electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations within occupied and void social housing properties
• Fault finding and ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
• Working independently across various properties in the Midlands
• Delivering excellent customer service when dealing with tenants

What's on Offer:

• £21 - £24 per hour
• Company van provided
• Fuel card provided
• Ongoing, long-term work
• Immediate start available

Requirements:

• Fully qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
• 18th Edition (preferred)
• Previous experience within social housing is highly desirable
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
