Forklift Driver/Warehouse Operative

Talent Guardian are seeking a motivated and experienced Forklift Driver/Warehouse Operative to join our valued client based in Fleet, Hampshire. This is an immediate start.    Key Responsibilities: Pick, pack, and organise precise customer orders  Receive and unload deliveries, checking goods against delivery notes for accuracy  Putting stock away using a counterbalance/reach truck Report any defects or quality issues to a supervisor on shift Store products in designated areas to maintain incredibly high organisation and accessibility Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment, following health and safety protocols   Qualifications & Skills Required: A valid or in-house counterbalance or reach truck forklift license  Previous experience in a warehouse or assembly environment is essential Highly organised, motivated, reliable and switched on Friendly, outgoing and able to work in a team Ability to work efficiently and accurately with a keen eye for detail Basic understanding of health and safety practices within a warehouse setting Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team   Benefits & Additional Information: Working days are Monday to Friday  Working hours are 07:30am - 16:00pm 12-week temp to perm position  23 days holiday + 8 days bank holiday once transitioned to a permanent contract £27,000 per annum  Christmas company celebrations  Well established, expending family run business    If you thrive in a fast-paced, organised environment ensuring the quality and safety of products, get in touch with us today by applying down below
