AbbeyFire(UK)isseekingaqualifiedandexperiencedLevel4FireRiskAssessortosupportthegrowingdemandforprofessionalFireRiskAssessments(FRA)acrosstheUK.
ThesuccessfulcandidatewillcarryoutFireRiskAssessmentsacrossmultiplecomplexbuildingtypes-healthcare,manufacturing,education,commercialbuildings,publichouses,retailpremisesandprivatehospitals.
ThisroleensuresclientscomplywithUKfiresafetylegislationincludingtheRegulatoryReform(FireSafety)Order2005.Theassessorwillperformsiteinspections,identifyfirerisks,producedetailedFRAreportsandprovidepractical,prioritisedrecommendations.

Prioritiserecommendationsbasedonrisklevel
AdviseResponsiblePersons,propertymanagersandbuildingownersonfirerisksandcompliance
SupportclientsinunderstandingtheirlegalresponsibilitiesunderUKfiresafetylegislationandadvisingonfireriskreductionstrategies

CandidatesmustholdarecognisedLevel4FireRiskAssessmentqualification,haveaminimum2yearsexperienceconductingFireRiskAssessmentsacrossmultiplebuildingtypes. xwzovoh
