Proactive Personnel are recruiting an experienced Part Time Sales Advisor to join our client supporting prospective residents through the purchase of their new home within a vibrant living community.
This role is ideal for a confident, customer‑focused sales professional who enjoys building relationships and delivering exceptional service. You’ll manage the full sales journey from initial enquiry through to completion, working closely with customers, families, and internal teams to create a positive and seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Handling enquiries and delivering show rounds
* Managing the sales process from enquiry to move‑in
* Maintaining accurate CRM records and sales reports
* Building relationships with estate agents and legal partners
* Supporting sales events, marketing, and local networking
Requirements
* Experience in property or new homes sales, conveyancing, or retirement living
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Proactive, professional, and customer‑focused approach
