We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Reception Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have proven managerial experience within a hotel Front Office environment, exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering personalised, outstanding service.

Employment type: Full-time, permanent
Working pattern : Shift work 5 days on 2 days off

Key Responsibilities of a Reception Manager:
Leading, motivating, and developing the Front Office team
Ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations at Reception
Managing guest check-in and check-out procedures to hotel standards
Overseeing guest accounts and administrative processes
Handling guest queries and challenges with professionalism and care
Driving service excellence and creating memorable guest experiences
What are we looking for?
Previous experience as a Reception Manager or Senior Supervisor in a hotel or similar setting
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-focused approach
Inspirational leadership skills and a commitment to team development
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional, personalised guest service
