Watersports Instructor - Sailing

What you need:
A can-do attitude
Strong focus on customer service
Clear communication and confidence leading groups
Solid understanding of water safety and risk management
Ability to work as part of a team
RYA Dinghy Instructor Certification
Valid RYA First Aid certificate
What youll do:
Deliver structured sailing lessons following RYA syllabus
Supervise participants on and off the water
Carry out safety briefings and dynamic risk assessments
Operate safety boats where required
Set up and pack down sailing equipment
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised environment
Provide clear feedback to help customers improve
Handle customer queries in a professional way
Support wider centre operations when needed
