The Role As an AV Installation Engineer, you will: Install and maintain a wide range of AV and video-conferencing equipment Work on projectors, video walls, LED walls, digital signage, LFDs and more Deliver proactive and reactive maintenance across client sites Diagnose faults and restore service quickly and professionally Complete all installation documentation, service reports and asset records accurately Provide end-user familiarisation training after installation sign-off Build strong relationships with clients and identify additional service opportunities Ensure smooth handover of completed installations to the service team Maintain high technical standards and uphold the companys reputation as a leading AV integrator About You Were looking for someone with: Proven experience installing and supporting AV and video-conferencing solutions Ability to read and understand AV system schematics Strong background in rack building, cabling and system programming Familiarity with Extron, Crestron, Kramer and major VC platforms such as Polycom, Logitech, Cisco, Yealink Ability to terminate cables to industry standards (RS232, Cat cables) Understanding of IP networks Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) Ability to work under pressure, independently xwzovoh or as part of a team Flexibility to work outside standard hours and occasionally outside the UK Desirable Certifications ECS CTS IPAF PASMA Product certifications (Poly, Extron, Crestron, Barco) Whats on Offer Competitive salary bonus Company van expenses 23 days holiday bank holidays Pension scheme Medical cash plan Life insurance Discounted gym membership Hybrid working options (where applicable) Full training & development Career progression opportunities Staff events, incentives & wellbeing initiatives And much more How to Apply Send your CV to Or call Helen on
