TheRole
Onbehalfofourclient,weareseekinga BusinessDevelopmentManager .Thisroleisresponsiblefordeveloping,managingandconvertingrelationshipswithmotorinsurancebrokerstogeneratenewrevenue.Reportingtoseniorleadership,youwilluseyourexistingnetworktointroducetheclientsservices,onboardnewpartnersandensuresmoothdeliveryalongsideinternalclaimsandoperationsteams.
Youwilltakeownershipofconsistentbusinessgrowth,stayaheadofmarkettrendsandactasatrustedadvisortobrokerpartners.
Responsibilitieswillinclude
Develop,manageandconvertrelationshipswithmotorinsurancebrokers.
Leverageyourexistingnetworktointroduceourclientsservicesandgenerateimmediateopportunities.
Identifyandonboardnewbrokerpartnersforcredithireandrepairservices.
Actasatrustedpartnertobrokers,ensuringtheyunderstandthefullvalueoftheoffering.
Driveconsistentnewbusinessactivityandrevenuegrowth.
Collaboratecloselywithinternalclaimsandoperationsteamstoensuresmoothonboardingandservicedelivery.
Keepuptodatewithmarkettrends,competitoractivityandopportunitieswithinthemotorclaimsspace.
ThePerson:
Ourclientisseekingaself-motivatedbusinessdevelopmentprofessionalwithideallystrongrelationshipsinthemotorinsurancebrokermarketandaproventrackrecordofgeneratingrevenue.
Provenexperienceinbusinessdevelopmentwithinthemotorinsurance,credithireorclaimsspace.
Establishednetworkofmotorinsurancebrokersthatcanbeactivelyengaged.
Trackrecordofgeneratingnewbusinessandmeetingrevenuetargets.
Commercialawarenessandtheabilitytoidentifyandconvertopportunitiesquickly. xwzovoh
