Commercial Technology Solicitor/ Associate – Bristol – Remote working, £95,000+ FIRM: A well regarded Top 50 law firm in Bristol with a international reach is looking to grow their L500 rated Commercial team by bringing in a Commercial Technology Solicitor/ Associate.
Ideally you will have a background in drafting and negotiating commercial and technology-focused contracts, advising clients in the context of business to business and business to consumer arrangements. You will advise on a range of non-contentious commercial transactions in the technology, retail and leisure, manufacturing, food and drink and transport sectors. You will also advise on IP/ Brand protection and production distribution.
Lots of flexibility to work from home.
