Role details

Band A. Annualised hours: 699.6 - 835 (including occasional early mornings, evenings and weekends).

Flexible fractional, fixed term until 31 May 2027 or upon the return of the postholder, whichever is sooner.

NPTC Group of Colleges – To be based at Newtown College.

Associate Lecturer Scales 1 – 4: £26,387 – £31,140 per annum, pro rata. Main Grade Scales 1 – UP1: £33,596 – £48,289 per annum, pro rata (for qualified lecturers).

Qualifications

Our ideal applicant will have a teaching qualification, along with a level 6 qualification (degree or equivalent) in the subject area and relevant industrial experience. Level 2 qualifications in Maths and English are also required (GCSE or equivalent). Candidates must be IT literate at level 2.
