Overview

We are recruiting a Part-Time Data Analyst to support an ethical audit and compliance team within a factory and supply chain environment. The team assesses factories against ethical standards, ensuring compliance across global operations.

This role focuses on analysing audit reports from multiple territories and transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights for the business and senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse ethical audit reports from multiple global territories
• Assess severity of issues, trends, business impact, and root causes
• Translate complex data into simplified, business-friendly reports
• Produce regular and ad-hoc reports for different stakeholders
  • Daily reports (supplier requirements)
  • Weekly reports
  • Senior management reports (typically every 6-8 weeks)
• Extract, cleanse, and analyse data primarily from Excel files and Google Sheets
• Support reporting related to ethical standards, compliance, and supply chain performance

Skills & Experience Required xwzovoh

• Strong data analysis and reporting experience
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables
• Experience working with Google Sheets
• Ability to communicate data clearly in written reports
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
