The Role As a Paint Preparation Operative , your responsibilities will include: Preparing surfaces ready for painting, including sanding, masking, cleaning and filling Assisting the paint spraying process to achieve a high-quality finish Mixing paints and supporting colour matching when required Ensuring all work meets quality standards and production deadlines Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workspace Following health & safety procedures at all times Working Hours 40-hour week: Monday Thursday: 08:00 16:45 Friday: 08:00 15:00 Salary & Benefits £30,000 per annum Permanent, full-time role Early finish every Friday Supportive and friendly team environment Modern workshop facilities Ongoing training and progression opportunities About You Were looking xwzovoh for candidates who have: Previous experience in paint preparation, paint spraying or a similar role Strong attention to detail and pride in their work The ability to work independently and as part of a team A positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliability and willingness to learn Apply Now If youre ready for your next opportunity, apply today with Anglian Recruitment.
